Tim was great to work with. He removed our deck, which was in terrible condition, and replaced it with a beautiful patio. He initially met with us to take measurements and talk about what we wanted, then we later had a meeting where he showed us a detailed plan with scaled pictures on his computer. Dragonfly built me a beautiful slate patio with sculpted wall and fire pit along with a walk way from the driveway tot he patio. Work was professionally and quickly done with excellent and pleasing results. Tim and his crew are first rate.

I was very please with the work. Tim began the work on promised date and finished before the projected completion date. Work was excellent. Patio and waterfall looks so good that all our firends admire and sit beside it. I would strongly recommend Tim to anyone. Whole team was very friendly and hard working.

I have had the pleasure of working with Tim for the past 5 years. I have referred him for several jobs throughout Massachusetts and even Connecticut. I have supplied him with materials for a wide range of hardscaping jobs, such as ponds, waterfalls, fireplaces, fire pits, sitting and retaining walls, and grill islands. We hired Dragonfly Ponds & Patios to remove our old deck, and install a patio in the backyard, with granite steps leading from the back of the house. Tim and his team were very professional, and we were pleased with the quality of the work from start to finish. We loved Tim's vision and attention to detail in the proposal process. We had other landscape design companies provide competitive quotes, but their design proposals weren't as well thought out.

Tim and his team did an excellent job installing a back patio. They were extremely professional, transparent, and consultative. I would recommend Dragonfly to anyone looking to have this type of work done.
