RecommendedOur AC went out last night and we were melting for most of the day. My husband made a call and Ray was able to come out and assist us within about an hour and a half. He fixed the issue super quickly and the house is already significantly cooler. Thank you for saving us! Hahaha!

I had quick service on a condenser fan that would not start. It turned out there was a huge multi-legged bug across the starter capacitor terminals! With the bug gone and a new capacitor, the system ran correctly again. I plan on a complete inspection of all three systems in the near future.
Very unprofessional! Two trips within one month to clean the clogged drain lines. Replaced the AC capacitor even though it's still working. The worst thing is that the tech connected the wiring for capacitor backwards and caused AC not to work at all. Called the tech again withing three days of last service to check out the problem and he refused to come out. I had to get another AC company to fix this wiring problem! Totally unacceptable and will never use this company again! Be ware!
