Recommended. The facility is clean, instructors are courteous. I learned a few new techniques, which have been quite valuable. Prices were very reasonable, as were class time availabilities. This is a great place to learn & perform yoga, whether you're a beginner, a novice, or an expert.
i am so thankful to them. Since yoga brings a balance of body , i went there and took three class. now i am doing yoga regularly in home. it is so good that previously i had some back pain and nowadays i dont have pain. i am so thankful to them.
