Dragona flooring have the best customers care. I have been dealing with them for almost 10 years and they owners and staffs makes customers feels like family. They represent well especially Hassan he’s really great.
I dealt with GiGi. She is very pleasant to deal with. Rest of the staff in the warehouse is helpful as well and prices are amazing.
We went there to select our flooring, unfortunately we received no help even after we asked their sales staff for some help. At other flooring stores a sales rep was able to recommend top choices, helped us try and identify best colours suited for our project, and they often helped answer our questions. We received minimal help and maybe 2 minutes into her meeting us, the sales rep said “alright guys? I’ll leave you to it.” We had tons of other questions but because we weren’t really getting support we opted to go elsewhere.... read more
