Used to love this place but had a terrible experience yesterday (18/1/26). The massage therapist was so so rough, despite my constant cries of "softer please" and "too hard!". It honestly left me shaken for the rest of the day. The therapist had to use her phone translator to tell me to turn over, and didn't even hold the towel so that I could do so without exposing myself. I was offered free cupping at my next visit as an apology but doubt I will return.

DO NOT VISIT this place. I repeat I was lying there in pain for entire 60 minutes. The massage therapist couldnt speak a word in english...kept using mobile to translate I tried telling her I am not comfortable with mobile in the massage room. She used her elbows on my back all bruised...I was shaking in pain everytime I tried getting out of the place...she kept using the phone to say trust me I am a trained therapist...but used all force on the planet on my temples, head which is now bruised and swollen. i had high hopes for this place as a masseuse myself.I was in pain the whole time i got a 30 minute back massage. the whole time shaking and even the therapist seen how i was,i asked her to go softer but she didn’t and it got much harder.I came out with the worst headache.I now CANNOT lay on my back without being in pain I also have bruises on my back aswell from it.Im never the one to complain but i had too.
