Warnings do not be fooled by Dragas, their houses go up fast and cheap. The siding, shutters fall off during low winds and they wouldn’t consider fixing after a year. Their workmanship is horrible, they have a huge warranty list, it’s been months to schedule a shutter reattachment. The common areas are nice because that sales homes, we pay 165 a month for lawn service that it’s at best horrible. We were promised that they take care of the house landscaping but they haven’t.
