My experience with Drager inc has been amazing. From the staff over the phone to Rick the guy who installs and services the device, everyone has been polite and professional. I’m in a bad situation but these guys are helping me out. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs to have a BIID installed in their car. I first went with intoxalock, and it’s more like intoxajunk. The experience with Drager is day and night compared to the first company I delt with. Thank you Rick at the Las Vegas office!!
