Dr. Browne is exceptionally competent and professional.
The atmosphere and service with Dr. Browne is always pleasant. I'm seen in a timely fashion with very little wait time( even when I'm late) and I appreciate that. My only criticism is the product suggested Sculptra does not appear to work for me. That's disappointing for the amount of money it cost. Do I attribute that to the Doctors lack of knowledge of her products and what would work or to my body resistance to the suggested product. I haven't decided.
Dr. Browne was so thorough and provided me with ALL of my options to help me tackle my hyperpigmentation. And I appreciate that she didn't try to upsell me on something I didn't need or push a procedure I didn't want. I have my appointment scheduled with her for the procedure that I believe will have the best results for my skin.
