We used this company 2 or 3 times and always this place didn’t help.. they just wasted our time! They Never call you back with updates on repair or for any other points. You have to wait a couple of weeks before they ask you to take your truck because they don't have room in their yard. Or you have to call every day to remind the company about your truck. Draco Trucks is an amazing company. I got referred to Draco Trucks as the Chevy at SD North County has stopped servicing warranty on our company Isuzu trucks. I called and spoke to Cole, who was very efficient and professional, and he managed to scheduled me in immediately for an urgent oil change and check-up. Then, when I arrived at their shop, I was greeted by Jeff Plummer, who treated me like I am an old neighbor he knew from 30 years ago (No, I just met him!).
