This in reply to the first review; each time I was called I explained the individual that I have performed diabetic eye exam only, and that I am not participating provider of your vision plan insurance for your vision exam and contact lenses. I asked the individual to find participating provider for vision exam and contact lenses, and that the only thing I can do is to mail the contact lenses that I have closest to the previous prescription till new contact lenses are received after vision exam by the participating provider.
