Wow, just moved to Scripps and what a wonderful surprise to have a doctor that is thorough, direct and knowledgeable. Dr. Tuntuncu has helped with a long agrivating illness and guiding me to get relief and become more aware of necessary treatments. I love her and her staff, they are the best.
Dr Tutuncu is an excellent Rheumatologist at Scripps: friendly, informative, a good listener, and thorough. Appointments are made with ease via web and the front desk, the staff was helpful, and I very much appreciate her patience and kindness when treating my ailment from diagnostics (many) through to solutions.
Dr. Tutuncu is a gracious and thorough physician. She listens carefully and answered all my questions. I felt very cared for and i rate her highly as a competent and empathetic professional.
Don’t waste your time with Dr. Tutuncu. If you actually want answers see a different Rheumatologist. She isn’t interested in finding the cause of your symptoms and offers no treatment even after positive testing. The other staff is great, too bad the dr isn’t. I would give a zero stars if I could.
I wish I could give you details. I was referred to her by my dermatologist because she noticed strange blood values. I waited for them to contact me to no avail. When I called, after 2 months, they said they never received a referral… so I call my dermatologist to check. They said they would send the referral again… it has been a month since then…nothing, no response. After trying one more time I had a visit with her, which changed my mind about her as a doctor.
