Basically a scam center. I went in saying I wanted the annual exam covered by my insurance to update my prescription and they lied and sold me a higher rate for tests I didn't want that weren't covered. They tried to sell me an additional $300 treatment but luckily I got out of there and went to a real optometrist who was able to get me a totally free and less invasive treatment for the issue. Caring! Very knowledgeable! One stop shop. Very detailed in caring for me and my family’s eyes. All of us have an astigmatism. As you know, getting the proper prescription is hard to tweak. This guy gets it! So glad we found him. His head of staff, Shayla, is amazing! He takes care of your eyes and she takes care of the office everything. 🤓 If you have a question, she has equipped all of Dr. Jiwani’s staff members with all the answers you need. I can appreciate that type of professionalism! We were reluctant to try him out.... read more
