Dr. Z Rapoport is a great doctor who loves her patients; however, she just doesn't have enough staff to keep up. Getting a call back is hard and even harder to get refills at the pharmacy. She will ask if you need refills when you are at your appointment, but if you forget one, you're out of luck. You won't get any response from the office girl. Sorry to say, but I need a doctor who has staff and responds so I can get my medications.
