I have been going to Dr. Ma for 1 1/2 years and have never had any type of problem with Dr. Ma or any of his staff. They are always willing to help with appointment issues, any questions, etc. I am also very happy with the care that I receive from the doctor, his assistants and his nurses.
Don't get me wrong, I loved Dr. Ma. His office manager is a joke....I wouldn't take my dog there. I will just leave it at that...But if they get another office manager they would be ok to go back to.
I went to my appointment at Dr. Ma office and experienced nothing but disrespect, rudeness, from his receptionist and was getting smart with me the whole time I was checking in, she even called herself trying to talk about me, and I told her, i can hear you and the so called receptionist said "so i know you can then said "AND", at that point i didn't have time for that mess, so i asked another nurse that was standing there to go and get the office manager, which is Ms Kelley.
