Reminds me of sitting at the DMV. We always arrive on time and wait at least a half hour to go in a room then continue to wait anywhere from 15-30 minutes to see a medical assistant to take information and symptoms. Then maybe, by stroke of luck, the dr might grace us with his or her presence about 10 minutes later. Oh, and if you call the office and have a serious medical question be prepared to wait on hold for 15-20 minutes for someone to answer you.
