This office is genuinely dysfunctional. It appears to be run largely by interns, and nothing about it works the way a medical practice should. Appointments were mishandled. Insurance was never processed correctly. Billing errors came up again and again, and every call produced a different answer from a different person, none of whom could tell me what was actually happening with my care. Dr. Aman has been my Dr for 2 years and I've been extremely pleased with her and her staff's care immensely as well as her well founded and well documented current knowledge of gynocologic science. It has enabled her to assist and guide me through a few tricky female issues enabling me to not only improve my health but thrive.
