I’m always on time for my appointments and Dr. Rice is terrible with making patients wait, she left me waiting for her more than 30 minutes and when she decided to bring me back she spoke very fast and in a hurry, I tried to ask questions, and tried to get some advice about the condition of my skin and nothing, she didn’t let me ask my questions and she just refilled my ointment. It's been a pleasure working with Dr. Rice and her hyperhidrosis patients! The office is friendly and responsive to our requests for iontophoresis prescritpions and paperwork. Highly recommend.
