I've been seeing Dr Ali for years. He is very patient, kind and takes his time to understand your needs and make the best assessment on what medications may work best. And his assistant Beverly is one of the kindest people I've every met on a staff. I love them so much!
To be as frank as possible, Dr. Ali saved my life. I was in the darkest place imaginable, I couldn't function. ECT brought me back to the world, to my friends, and my family. I don't know where I would be now without the care that Dr. Ali provided for me.
I’ve been seeing Dr Ali for many years. He’s a wonderful physician, very patient, calm and he has helped me heal in a warm & compassionate way. When we speak, he never refers to my chart because he knows me. He can tell if I’m ok or if I’m not. He rejoices when I’m at my best & he lifts me up when I’m not. I would never want to see another Dr. I trust him implicitly.
Knows and understand the deases PTSD. Doc ALi and I could write a book. Doc Ali derserves the great American award for his service in helping with trauma issues.Two Thumbs up Doc Kevin
Dr. Ali has limited hours and is limiting them even more. The office closes early on Fridays, although advertises office hours from 9 - 5 Mon through Fri. The staff are not friendly and getting an appointment is difficult. The office also has NO text, email, or phone call reminders, which is a major negative for those of us suffering with anxiety. When I expressed to Dr. Ali that things weren't going well for me, he asked about external circumstances and stated that it was NORMAL.
Dr Ali is a pretty good doctor, but it is next to impossible to change an appointment with him without going out another 2-3 months. His staff is not at all accommodating and doesn't make any efforts to find earlier appointments.
Dr. Ali is a good Doctor but the administration at both the Bremo & Jahnke road offices are awful. I have only met one administrator who works well w/ customers - all others will hang up on you, be disrespectful if you have any questions...I have worked with them on & off for about 4 years & they have consistently had horrific customer service & are not looking to improve it. All of my physicians admit that it is awful but I need to see Dr. Ali for services and am told I have to deal with them
