Absolutely love him! He takes every single thing I say seriously, no matter how insane I feel sometimes. He always reassures me and happily runs testing to ease my mind.
I’ve only met with Dr. Zachman one time but he took the time to sit down on my level (I’m in a wheel chair) and he talked through things with me and asked my goals for care and life plans and just really any concerns I may have and I can’t remember the last time a doctor treated me so kindly. I do fall into an lgbt “minority” if you will and I never felt uncomfortable. His nurse, whose name I have forgotten, was also amazing and gentle. I’m grateful to have found their clinic. It was also very clean.
Dr. Zachman listened to me and took my complaints seriously. Because of this he ran the appropriate tests and found my problem. He has greatly improved my quality of life and I will forever be thankful for him.
Have had him as my ob for my current pregnancy and he doesn’t listen to my concerns. And just to be smart tried saying they would keep me in the hospital for 2 weeks. When I complained about my care or lack there of. Got to the point that I am having to record my appointments because he will tell me one thing and then chart something else or he’ll say that I said something when I didn’t say it.
