In my experience, Dr Allred was very concerned & helpful. He listens & tries to determine what course of action would be most helpful. He doesn't rush into treatment just for treatment sake. He is takes time to explain what is wrong. He has called & followed up personally on the phone three different times.
Doesn't listen to anything I have to say, seems like he doesn't even care about the amount of pain I'm in. He cleared me for work (cna) and I can hardly bend over to put my own shoes on, my back is in so much pain and the pain is into my legs and my left foot is almost completely numb and he didn't seem concerned at all.
Felt like he didn't listen to me. He prescribed me a medicine that interacts with 3 out of 5 of my medication I take on a regular basis.
Dr. Allred is unbelievably disinterested in his practice. I'm a nurse, I know a good doctor when I see one, and he is just going through the motions. He was rushed and did not explain things well. He was very condescending and wouldn't even look at my MRI because he said they aren't trustworthy and only signs/symptoms matter. Mine were severe, I couldn't stand up straight. He sent me back to work saying I would get fired otherwise (not true). I injured my back further and never went back.
He listens well and understands how my problem affects me personally.
