The worst experience I have ever had in my life. The secretary reprimanded me for sitting in the waiting room. She said I need to go in her office and do the paper work. I never go to someone's personal office without them calling me. I was a new patient. She asked for my ID and health card. I took them out and asked nicely if I could have a copy of my paperwork that was send to them. She said no I need to call them for a copy. The copy they have is for them only.
