He was literally the worst doctor I have ever been to. He was rude, and got VERY upset when I started asking questions about a specific procedure of a shot going in my back. (I have a spinal fusion already so I thought my questions were reasonable). He cut me off to say "all I need is a yes or no!" and walked out of the room. His staff immediately told me I could leave afterwards. Nothing about that experience was reassuring or comforting. I would never recommend him to anyone! 0 STARS!!
Dr Chiu did not take responsibility for a mistake he made and when I tried to discuss it with him he walked out of the room with no comment just left. I’m soooo disappointed. It was very unprofessional.
The NICU here is amazing!!! Everyone here is very friendly and knowledgeable.
My experience with this practice started out well but I lost just about all respect when I caught Dr. Chiu and his staff in a blatant lie over an insurance coverage determination which they claimed they did but did not. I am usually not one to complain, but sixteen months of back and forth without receiving straight answers on a potential treatment option is completely unacceptable. I recommend to Dr. Chiu to be honest and transparent about what is going on. It would go a long way to maintain respect.
