I’ve had the same experience twice with this doctor. During both visits, the doctor told me, ‘I’ll be back,’ but never returned. Instead, a nurse came in with the paperwork to discharge me. If the visit was over, I would have appreciated being told that directly. It left me feeling dismissed and without the opportunity to ask any remaining questions. Clear communication and follow-through are important, and unfortunately, that was missing from my experience.

Dr. Yousef's office has been the worst doctors office I've ever had to work with. Besides the fact that they take several weeks to submit authorizations to your insurance (it's been 3 months and I still have not been able to get an MRI because they submitted the authorization a month after my original appointment), they are incompetent and do not care at all about their patients. I came in because I had fallen badly and possibly broke my ankle. I had an X-ray immediately and results were sent over on the same day, yet no one... read more
