Too bad I didn’t look at the reviews before we went. It was a 3.5 month wait to get in for nothing. Dr. Sterba immediately comes off as defensive and all she did was blame the other two specialists and pediatrician for not doing more labs or coordinating with each other. I have never met a physician as inept as Dr. Sterba. If your child has something within the scope of practice of a rheumatologist that isn’t arthritis she is not the doctor for you. I also wouldn’t recommend anyone, even those with arthritis, to see her either. Usually a good specialist will say “I recommend seeing (Insert a different specialist here)” and recommend a trusted specialist. No recommendations, no names, just nothing.
