Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

So you want a knowledgeable Doctor with awesome bedside manners and a great caring staff? Look no further! My entire family sees Dr. Kim. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It was very easy to get an appointment. They are extremely accommdating , even for something as simple as filling out innoculation paper work for my child. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops.
