I have been a patient of Dr. Kim's since he began practicing in Gwinnett County. I have the highest level of respect for Dr. Kim. He is knowledgeable, always friendly, patient focused and takes a wholistic approach to providing care. His staff is always professional and work hard to make certain the patient is comfortable and well cared for. I can recommend Dr. Kim and his staff with full confidence.

I had been a patient of Dr. Kim's for almost 2 years. On one of my visits when asked what my parents died from, after telling Dr,.Kim that my Mother died from Cirrhosis of the liver, he made a gesture of someone drinking. On another occasion he recommended that I take a medication which required full blood work but did not schedule and when I returned a month later and told him I wasn't comfortable taking the medication without the blood work, he said I have trust issues. He is very nice until he has a bad day or you disagree with him then he takes it out on you. Can be very condescending. Contradicts himself from visit to visit. Prescribed a drug for me that is suppose to be avoided for my condition caused problems. Prescribes a ton of drugs without even examining you, then prescribes a ton more for the side effects. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
