I was really looking forward to my appt today and potentially gaining a new black physician. However, I get to the appt to find out they do not take my insurance. I gave info when I made the appt a month ago and provided insurance info on paperwork that was sent electronically prior to appt. Why was this not known and communicated to me prior to my appt?? This was a complete waste of my time, gas, and interruption to my day. Why cant we get our practices and businesses together???????
Recommended by a colleague to the Germantown office, I should have known there were issues when I could not get a live person or leave a message for two weeks. When I say I’m throughly Disappointed…..Smh! I really wanted to support an African American Woman but her Office Staff is absolutely 🗑️. The unprofessionalism is rampant in this place. They billed me for a visit, I paid the unpaid portion my insurance didn’t pay, then months later they “rebill” me telling me I owed them although they’d been paid. I had to send them proof payment was made which means they have poor record keeping. I emailed and called thinking this was an over site and they got nasty because they couldn’t ex... read more

The receptionist is completely and utterly nasty. It was my first appointment and I got there 30 minutes early. I walk in and not met with a hello. Just a receptionist on the phone that barks “name” no hi or anything. I let it go but then she ask if I got the paperwork done and I’m like no I was at work. She rudely says “go sit down and do it there then” I just got up and left. If the receptionist is that rude who is suppose to greet customers and have good bedside manners.
