The Pitkin Ave health center is always very busy, but usually I do not have to sit in the waiting room for more than 20 or 30 minutes. Dr. Cestero's English can be difficult to understand and there is always a bit of a wait, but she is friendly, even-handed, attentive to pain during procedures, and willing to discuss a variety of treatment options that work for you.

Do not go here! Wait is ridiculous. She makes you wait over an hour for a 5 minute exam. My daughter had an appointment and was seen after one hour and 15 minutes. In addition, the Doctor had her dog in the office. She actually came to remove the dog out of the room my daughter was in! How does she know if my daughter isn't allergic to dogs plus what about hygiene! If I could post this without any stars I would, but it won't let me unless I select at least one. Do not go here!!!!!

When I finally got in to see her, she seemed quite pleasant and knowledgeable. However, there was an incredibly long wait time. I waited well over an hour my first attempt , and had to reschedule, as I could wait no longer. I decided to reschedule. The morning of the rescheduled appointment, I called in to verify the appointment, and I was told I had no appointment that day, but I could be put in a bit later. This time the wait wait was 50 minutes. Rude office staff when I voiced my concern
