Love Dr. Samofalov, we were originally going to bring our baby to a different doctor who eneded up being on vacation the week he was born- so happy we saw Dr. Samofalov instead. She is very caring and thorough and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Her office has gotten me same day appointments often as well. We ended up staying with her as a primary care because we liked her practice. Highly recommended!
Horrible Dr horrible bed side manners, can’t be bothered to call with my sons results. Can’t be bothered to review with me when asked if she can show me his lab work. Sent me to the portal but then can’t give info on how to setup portal. Couldn’t take 5 seconds to pull up on her computer. Hate having to call her office when my son is sick feels like I’m bothering her. Doesn’t like to be asked questions. Every time I leave there my mood is horrible because of her rudeness. Dr. Samafalov is perfect. She's kind, gentle, and well knowledgeable about her field. The nurses were the same. Unfortunately, I have to change doctor because front desk staff are so unprofessional. They never pick up the phone. Nurses adviced to leave a voicemail so they could call you back. Nobody call back. It's so frustrating. I gave them several calls but nothing. They're medical assistant for a reason. If they can't do multitasking I don't know why they took the job in the first place.
