The doctor never seen me, a salesperson did an over the phone consultation. Off only 3 pictures. They said come in Tuesday for a Thursday surgery. Wanted a 1,000 deposit ( non refundable) even before my in person appointment. This guy is a high pressure scam artist, he only cares about pushing people through
I highly recommend Dr. Yates and his first class staff. Robin is amazing as well. I have met with a lot of doctors and this is hands down the best experience.
The staff was professional and experienced. My results were not ideal. On a scale of 1-10, I would have to give it a 5. And I followed all post-op instructions. The biggest thing for me was the lack of follow-up. I'm one year out from the procedure. And I still have not been contacted by Dr. Yates office. To see how things turned out.
