The staff was professional and experienced. My results were not ideal. On a scale of 1-10, I would have to give it a 5. And I followed all post-op instructions. The biggest thing for me, there was no follow-up. I'm one year out from the procedure. And I still have not been contacted by Dr. Yates office. To see how things turned out.
