The front office staff and doctor Bethala's nurse Becky (is the name she gave me) are the most unprofessional I've come across in my 40 years. I called September 2nd to inquire of Dr. Bethala was taking new patience. I was told by the middle aged white lady that she was and has an appointment in October. She took my information down and stated the nurse would call me back shortly to make an appointment. I patiently waited 4 weeks when I decide to call back to inquire. She is a rare gem, very kind and caring, he is a great doctor. Always on top of everything, she is dr/ friend. Love her
Dr. Bethala was recommended to me when I moved into the area and I'm so glad I made the appt! Dr. Bethala is kind, thoughtful, thorough, and always takes time to listen. Best doctor I've had in a long time!!
