Dr Xuan Le-Nguyen has been looking after my legally blind father for several years and has always been kind, thorough and patient in her interactions with us. She is a highly skilled professional, who keeps abreast on the latest research and is able to distill complex information in a way that is both pallatable and humane. The entire team is well coordinated, friendly and respond promptly to requests. Would confidently recommend to friends and family.
This doctor is by far the most patronizing, condescending, flippant, and obnoxious doctor I have ever had the misfortune to go to. She is not willing to actually partner with you in your care. She doesn't like to be questioned and, if you do, you will get all kinds of attitude and body language that is negative. I have never experienced an office visit (2 actually because I thought maybe the first one was an anomaly) where you feel like someone has slapped you in your face you are so taken aback by the words and actions.
