This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever dealt with. I was scheduled to meet with XiXi Wong via telehealth and waited 20 minutes after the session only for the provider to cancel. Then I was charged $40 for missing the appointment even though I was present the whole time I contacted Amwell and better health online only to be told that the psychiatrist was there and I was not, and I would still be charged, even though I have proof with a screenshot showing that the provider canceled. Do not consult with this physician. I will be reporting him to BBB as well as the American board of psychiatry. He has little to no regard for mental health or his patients. I came into the call wanting assistance with starting medication for my depressed mood and he told me I had to get an involuntary hold. He said the police will be coming to my house and that he will not be helping me. The fearmongering tactics are unreasonable for a person who came into just wanting assistance with medication. Wow is all I can say. I was directed to this provider through Anthem Blue Cross of Missouri my insurance provider. I was attempting to establish care with a new psychiatrist. XiXi Wong was very negative, rude, dismissive, and lacked any sort of bedside manner. I can firmly say this "doctor" is adding to the gap of people reluctant to establish mental health care. By far the worst experience in mental health I’ve ever experienced….he made me feel like I was crazy he was rude told me nothing was wrong with me. I lasted 20 minutes on the call because I was so upset. Do not use this Dr!!! I wish I would have seen the reviews before setting up with him
