This review, unfortunately, is about the whole practice. I called to make an appointment to see any of the doctors because I felt I had a sinus infection. I have been feeling sick for a couple of weeks. I was told that I couldn't get in until September, which is 2 months away. I told the secretary that I thought it was no way to run a practice for established patients to not be able to get in on an emergency basis. She said it's an emergency when you're bleeding. Very thorough.Took time to do necessary examinations & explained everything done.Very patient & kind.
Called to make appointment for hearing loss, I am insured with two companies and also told secretary any extra would be out of pocket, she was very rude and said a referral was necessary even after an emergency room visit. So now go to primary care, when an ENT visit is necessary just to waste more time.Very disappointed by Dr. Wyman Mcguirts secretary and I am glad I was able to make appt elsewhere with an amazing ENT within a week. Go elsewhere if possible to be assisted appropriately.
Dr Mcguirt explained the entire procedure and it gave me confidence that he was the right doctor for my situation. I've had good quality of life improvements from surgery. He's knowledgeable and skilled and I'm glad I found him.
