Felt very comfortable talking to Dr. Simons about the procedure, was reassured and made comfortable in spite of a very uncomfortable root canal and was extremely pleased with the results.
Dr. Simons and his staff are EXCELLENT! My first experience was Christmas eve at 4pm I had a veneer that came off my front tooth and Dr. Simons meet me at his office to put it back on, I could not believe he would do this! My second experience was last week I needed a root canal and he was able to see me the same day. He even called me that night to make sure I was doing alright! I highly recommend this office!
Unfortunately I have had a LOT of dental procedures, so I have a lot to compare this t. Despite the fact that this was a root canal, I can honestly say this was the least stressful of any dentist visit I have ever had. Dr. Simons has state-of-the-art equipment, he explained my options in detail, he was interested in and understood my opinions, and he gave me a guided narration of what he was doing as he worked on my tooth. His staff is fabulous, too. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
One word for Dr. Simon. Excellent.
Dr. Simons and his staff accommodated me for an emergency root canal and did an amazing job explaining what to expect, providing a nurturing and painless experience. I will only go to Dr Simons if needed in the future. My husband had a similar experience and we highly recommend Dr. Simons!
Dr. Simons was the best dental experience that I've had in my 62 years. He was able to find a solution to a problem that other dentists and specialists thought required a lot of work including oral surgery. I am not a good dental patient with my anxiety towards anesthetics and other issues, but Dr. Simons listened and found a way to work around my issues and fix the problem. In addition to fixing the problem he save me a lot of money too. He shows a passion for the work that he does.
