Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and Dr. Simons is great. Explains things well, is easy to talk to, and obviously knows his stuff.
It's obvious that Dr. Simon loves what he does, he's very attentive and thorough. I have no doubt that he's one of the best in his field, And while no one loves root canals, I know that I'm getting the best available service so that I don't have to go threw this again.
He is very professional and knows his stuff.
I called Dr. Simons in considerable pain. His staff got me in two and a half hours. Dr. Simons diagnosed that I needed a root canal. He immediately started on the procedure. He explained everything in detail and during each step. He does all he can to make the patient comfortable. He follows up after the procedure. Have had prior root canals, but this experience was by far the most pleasant.
Dr. Simons is a highly compassionate and skilled professional. My treatment required multiple visits and each visit was both painless and with minimal discomfort. In all my years of extensive dental work, I would rank Dr. Simons at the VERY TOP of his field. This is someone who understands the relationship between teeth and health; and my treatment plan was a huge success thanks to one fantastic and caring doctor and staff! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Dr. Simons is the best! He's very thorough and takes his time with his patients. He goes out of his way to make himself available. I recommend him to all my friends.
Dr. Simons is a fabulous dentist. He is caring, kind, always explained everything prior to starting each phase of my procedure. He is personable and really cares about his patients. I can highly recommend Dr. Simons. He even called me that following evening after my procedure to check on how I was progressing. He gets a A+ or 5 stars!!!!!!!!
Dr. Simons was incredibly informative, gentle, and all around, a true professional! I went in frustrated and in pain, in need of a specialist to end my long battle with a tooth I had multiple issues with. Before beginning treatment he sat next to me and explained the situation and what he planned to do about it. He was extremely gentle with the shots, I barely felt anything. I walked out feeling confident he had cured the problem, and once the numbing wore off, I felt like a brand new person!
I have found Dr. Simons to be the most trusted and caring profession I have ever been to. I feel that he takes his time, explains the situation giving options available and really cares. I value his opinions and trust his judgement. I would highly recommend Dr. Simons.
