Dr. Simons is informative, thorough and compassionate. Vanessa got me in right away for my dental emergency and handles my insurance submission efficiently. Dr. Simons called me to follow up on the night of my procedure. He has excellent follow through. I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member in need of an endodontist. I've seen him several years ago and he was equally impressive! White glove care for sure.
I went to Dr. Simons for a root canal - the first root canal that I have ever had. I was apprehensive about the entire procedure prior to my appointment. Dr. Simons explained everything step in the process prior to actual procedure, and is very informative and educational in his delivery. He stated that his desire was to "blow my mind" about overcoming the negative feelings I had towards the procedure and he delivered 1000% - no pain or discomfort what-so-ever, a very enlightening experience!
Was suffering a lot of pain. Dr. Simons explained the whole procedure, repaired the tooth with no pain, and the next morning pain free. (root canal). An outstanding and results.
Dr Simons is WONDERFUL!! I had a botched root canal 6 years ago by another dentist, and in one consultation Dr Simons was able to lay out a plan to repair the work. He is extremely knowledgeable and very honest about the work to be done. My only wish is that I had seen him 6 years ago. I am very grateful to my friend that recommended him to me. The office staff was also very kind and accommodating.
This is my 2nd visit to Dr. Simons' office for two different issues. My experiences has always been positive and relaxing even though I was in for a root canal and an extraction. All office staff was very friendly and understanding. I would definitely recommend Dr. Simons to anyone who needs to see an Endodonist. While I hope not to have to see an Endodonist anytime soon, I would not hesitate to contact Dr. Simons again.
Great Office Great Doctor
My experience with Dr. Simons was perfection. Not only was he explaining every part of the very complicated root canal, but, I was watching him do the procedure. I can't say enough about the quality of his work and his ability to help you relax in a stressful situation. He really cares and makes himself available to answer and questions and be supportive. His staff was also amazing and everyone, especially the talented doctor were extremely professional. I give him my highest recommendation.
Excellent care
I would highly recommend Dr. Simons. He is very friendly and tells you what is going on with your teeth. Further, he spends time with you. He does great follow-up.
