Having to wait for close to an hour every appointment is absurd. (Some even over an hour wait with an appointment booked months in advance) Have been going here for over a year now and not even one appointment has been under a 40minute wait. The doctor also always seems very unsure on how to fix my daughter’s eye problems. If possible I would definitely recommend anyone who is thinking about coming here to first try another place or option unless things change.
It has taken me a year and half to make this post. I was so angry. Dr Wu saw my daughter, three times and couldn’t identify her strabismus, a very evident one BTW. This led for me to see multiple specialist and health professionals for a year trying to find out what was wrong with her, doctor after doctor would send me away telling me that we need to seek help from someone else and no one could find what was wrong. I understand Dr wu is busy and highly in demand, however, I have been seeing him for over 2 years and every time it’s over 40 min wait. If it is only once or twice then I totally understand but every time ? Maybe you should appreciate other peoples time and make some effort in getting the timing better.
