Don't be fooled, there is really quality care here. I have been taking my son here for a few years and have started taking my newborn. I no longer live in Irving, actually I live about 45 minutes away but I still travel to take my kids to this office. Why?

I no longer live in Irving, actually I live about 45 minutes away but I still travel to take my kids to this office. Why? When my son was born up until the time we found this office I changed pediatricians about 3 or 4 times. Yes, you have to wait a bit when you come to Dr. Starnes' office. dr.starnes dr. willis starnes is an excellen phycician and very friendly i have meet dr.starnes he is a very great doctor and i wouldnt change him for the world. mrs tamara is an excellent doctor as well when i asked for a sceond opion form her after an other doctor has checked my kids she took the time to check my children even tho she has a busy schedule the staff are very friendly i wouldn change this clinic at all i have been goin tthere for 9 years now and will always continue to go
spend time to get it right What is important to me is that they spend enough time to get the diagnosis right and give me the right medicines. This clinic does that and I love Wendy and Tamra the PAs. My kids love them too. The nurses have never been rude. Its sometimes dirty, but I see parents letting kids eat and there are signs everywhere asking them not to. There were some used paper towels on the floor in the bathroom, but a trash can right there that was almost empty. I highly recommend this clinic.
Parent I have taken my children to Dr. Starnes office since 1991. My oldest is now 22, but my youngest is 17 and still goes. I have not lived in Irving for 15 years but still go back when my son is ill. Tamara is awesome as is Dr. Starnes. Yes, you wait, sometimes to long, yes, calling and being placed on hold to long can be annoying. I am an office manager of a large dental practice & the office does lack in professionalism at times & their inability to stay on time is severely lacking. Unprofessional Place and Staff Hello every one I am hoping for the best that once you read this review you will stop taking you children at Dr. Starnes The clinic is very dirty, what kind of clinic is this when you see dirt every where and the restrooms there is no changing table for babies and I think every clinic should have one, there's no toys or TV for patiens my childrens get bored all the time when we used to go there because of the waiting. DONT GO THERE THEY VIOLATE YOUR PRIVACY ACT. This is the worst experience ever. The office to begin is disgusting its really dirty. They are so slow I called to make my child an appointment and when i gave the reason for the appointment the girl who answered the phone was like what is does that mean, seriuosly who works at a doctors office and doesnt know what a sprain means?? they also violate HIPAA policy charts are everywhere you can see what the other patient before you came in for, and you can hear the nurses talk about... read more
carmen my sister try to schedule an appt. with Dr. Starnes for my nephew cause he was really sick and when she called they told her that there was nothing available till a month. It was very frustrating so she changed her doctor right away!
