Terrible customer service From beginning to an unsatisfactory end it has been an ordeal with Mr. Rick Roy owner and manager of this store. A couple of mistakes were made by his staff in ordering the bridesmaid dresses but we had ordered with plenty of time for early Sept 2011 wedding for mistakes to be corrected. This man has told us a different story every time we talk to him, you cannot trust him, he is rude and unwilling to work with us, he was only concerned with how much money he felt he was losing. DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE! My best friend's wedding is August 6th. She ordered our dresses in APRIL and they were promised to use by the end of June. She went in yesterday after being strung along by the store and they still didn't have them in! Now we have to all get our dresses at her bachelorette party, pray that they fit, and deal with any alterations we need 13 days before the wedding! Worst busniess practices ever! My maid of honor and I tried to purchase our dresses from Letts. They lied repeatedly! They ordered my sisters dress wrong, claiming we told them the wrong color- we did not know it came in any color but blue, it came in in pink- they refused to fix it and continued to deny responsibility. DO NOT TRUST LETTS BRIDAL DO NOT, I repeat, do not buy anything from Letts Bridal unless you want horrible service. Fiancee's dress ended up being 3" to short so had to reoreder. Ok, so I thought no big deal, slight screw up. She paid extra for the exact size but that didn't happen. The employees are reprehensible and no one there will take any accountability. Wedding dress and birdesmaid dresses I have nothing but good things to say about Lett's Bridal Shop and his employees. My daughter's wedding is June 6, 2009 and we ordered the dresses on November 8, 2008. His employees were very professional and very apologetic when we went on this day having an appointment at 1:30 p.m. and had to wait because 2 of his employees called in sick which just left him with one employee and himself to deal with about 3 brides, their mothers and their wedding parties. A WONDERFUL Experience! My daughter found her dress at Lett's after looking around at many other stores. The staff was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their alterations person, Colleen was fabulous! The dress was ordered and came in before the scheduled time. All the bridesmaids dresses were ordered through them as well and came in before their date too. went from "ok" to terrible I first went in to order my wedding dress in october, was told it would be in jan 15 and they would call me. they never called, I called on jan 18th and the lady sounded annoyed, said it was probably just late and that I should wait at least a week after it should be in, and that I should wait untill they call me.
