Very pleasant and very welcoming in the office and the visit
ENT of Allergy: The office staff is very friendly. Your wait time depends on how busy they are. Dr. Sheppard is quick yet thorough. He is very knowledgeable and even if I can’t get an immediate visit he will call me back to see how he can help.
Dr. Shepherd diagnosed a very rare condition in my ear that I suspect most ENTs would have cut open and further damaged. My ear is reacting like there is fluid with dizziness. It turns out my brain is sending false signals to the ear nerve so it feels full, triggers dizziness, and I've struggled with this for six months of the last year.
