Have been a patient for over 10 years. Called to make an appointment for cleaning just be to put on hold for almost 30min. Someone finally answered saying they cannot find my chart and that I was no longer a patient. When asked how long before a patient becomes inactive she said 3 years (I see an orthodontist as well) however it had not been a full 3 years as the end of this year would be. A waste of time to schedule an appointment. My dental hygienist has always been fabulous.
