The best way I could rate Dr Spiker is to tell you that if someone close to me has gotten to the point where they needed an orthopedic surgeon, I’d recommend Dr Spiker. The first tens days after were pretty rough but I appreciated the text messages from him of support and information, which most of the times were uncanny in timing. They addressed exactly what I was thinking or feeling at the time.

Dr William R Spiker treated me for stenosis in L2-L5 in my lower back. He preformed decompression surgery. His staff helped me with recovery everyday. They sent text messages and called to ensure recovery was progressing wello. Dr Spiker and his staff are exceptional and well trained. I would recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely love and respect Dr. Spiker and his staff. Every one of these people took very good care of me in my recovery after my back surgery. A year later, my back feels so much better and is improving my health. I am so thankful to everyone in his staff. They have all had a part in my recovery and where I am today living with out pain in my lower back.
