While I understand and respect the policy regarding cancellations within 24 hours, I was disappointed by the lack of an after-hours contact option for cancellations or other urgent matters. Additionally, the way this information was communicated came across as unprofessional, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be.
I've been a patient for many years and am very satisfied with the care I receive from Dr. Litchfield and staff!
Very nice office. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and efficient. All of the staff were friendly and thorough. Dr. Litchfield surprised me the most by being thorough and you can tell he wants to give his patients the best care possible to improve overall quality of life and health.
Dr. Litchfield is an exceptional doctor! He closed his eyes and silently commanded silence to diagnose my partner. His intervention saved her life, and we are eternally grateful for his expertise and compassion.
I had been badly misdiagnosed for decades by other Doctors and was given inappropriate medications that made my condition much worse. Dr. Litchfield diagnosed my condition on the first visit and he's been successfully treating me for 15 years. I have read some poor reviews on other sites and I have to respectfully disagree.
