This man is a joke!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!!! He is rude, Condescending and totally incompentent. My husband was diagnosed with state 4 sqamous cell carcinoma that had metasized, he removed over 40 percent of his tougne and told us that he had gotten all the Cancer, then 6 months later the cancer reappeared even worse, the next surgery was evedn more brutal, why operate on a man that was stage 4 and there was very little hope for survival? I had my surgery on July 25th and since then I have started breathing freely from my nose for the first time in years and I haven't felt this good in years. Excellent surgeon! Friendliest staff! – I had a freak accident and wound up with a 4 inch long/3 inch wide gash on my forehead above my left eyebrow. Amazing Surgeon, Fantastic Service – Hi there, After years of runny noses, post-nasal drip, constant sneezing and difficult breathing I finally decided to see someone. My internist recommended Dr Portnoy and I can't gush enough about how fantastic he was in every way. At one stroke my daily morning headaches, clogged sinuses and breathing problems were corrected!!!
