Dr Outlaw was very knowledgeable and understanding. The staff was nice and polite. Parking was confusing and locating the office in the building was difficult due to construction.

If you're looking for a doctor without compassion or consideration for his patients, this is the one for you. My mother was seeing him after a brief stay in the hospital. I told him she doesn't drive and asked for him to fill out a FMLA form. It was for transportation to and from his office.. He filled out the form and in all caps wrote: NO, PATIENT CAN TAKE HERSELF TO HER DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS. As of today, she's no longer his patient. We've been with Eagle Physicians for years.

I am very pleased with the staff and the treatment I received during my visit. Everything was explained to me, someone was with me during the entire process and especially after the procedure. Even the lay out of the building was very comfortable and convenient.
