Great experience. Everyone made sure I knew what was going to happen. And they made me feel relaxed.
Everyone that I came into contact was very pleasant and helpful. Even getting back to me so quick after my test. Dr. Outlaw is very informative and I learned things I did not know. I want to thank the staff and Dr. Outlaw for everything they did to help me.
Registration had a line. When it was my time, it was very quick. Waiting time was quick. The doctor was very professional and thorough. He took all the time he needed to get my history, and the nurse was very attentive. The lab was quick. The entire experience with the doctor's office was impressive.
Very short wait time once I was checked in. The nurse was very nice while taking my vitals and asking about the problem I was seeing the doctor for. Once she finished it was less than 5 minutes before the doctor came in spoke to me and examined me. He told me the things that were needed to assist in releaving my problem. I was there a total of 30 minutes at most.
I had a colonoscopy procedure with Dr. Outlaw and everything went very well. I was impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff, which made what can be a stressful visit not be so bad. I would recommend them to anyone.
Dr.Outlaw is a very kind and caring man. He will always ask you how's your life going not too many doctors will do that. He listens very carefully to your issues. And will go out of his way to help. He's a great doctor and a wonderful man
Everything went so smoothly it was a pleasant experience.
Never met a nicer staff. Professional but with kindness. From check in to check out. First checkin nurse so sweet. Dr Outlaw took time to explain everything and what ? I may have had left his assistant Christine(sp?) took care of and she was so wonderful. Lab Tech Christine(so?) is the best ever! Fears I had were eased by the staff. So thankful to all of them!
The doctor and staff were prompt and thorough.
