Dr Rowland and his staff are friendly, efficient and caring. And, despite the Coronavirus, I felt safe in their offices and recommend them to anyone that is scared of getting medical attention at this time.
Dr. Rowland is professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the appointment. Very thorough, and comprehensive when explaining the medical issues and health concerns relevant to my situation. I greatly value his judgement and expertise, and leave the appointment with a thorough understanding of my medical diagnosis and pathforward to improved wellbeing.
Dr Rowland is a friendly doctor, who has lost control of his office staff. When you call to make an appointment with Dr Rowland you are immediately told he is booked up and the only other openings are for his Nurse Practitioner. When you say you’d rather wait for the Dr you are told very “Nastily”you “Have to “ see the NP. This rudeness has happened a few times. He’s understanding and knows exactly who to send you to if needed. His office manager is a gem too
I visit Dr. Rowland every 6 months for a physical. ALL of my issues are addressed in a comprehensive professional manner, totally to my satisfaction.
