First time saw him was in the ER. He was great to me. He was considerate and pleasant.

I sat in the patient ready room listening to someone just outside my door socialize, take calls, return calls, only to discover after 45 minutes, that it was Dr. Shulte himself. When I opened the door, he was snugged into a swivel stool like he didn't have a care in the world. Friendly,good listener and bedside manner pleasing.Listens to your complaints and answers all your questions.Wait time in office was very minimal. Staff was very professional,friendly and just their caring attitude made you feel comfortable.He took his time with me.Will make him my regular pulmonologist. Thanks to the Doctor and his staff.
Dr. Schulte is thorough. He is compassionate. You will see him in your room late Friday night and early Saturday morning. He is going to spend time with you and not just his attending nurse or assistants. If he has a question regarding an area that another Dr. covers, he will call that Dr. then and there and make adjustments/amendments where necessary. He doesn't tell you what you need to hear and he does not sugar coat it. He bases his decisions on his professional expertise.
