Dr.Piece,and the staff treated me very respectful,the nurse was very polite to my wife and I and we have things in common.We talked about our children about issues with them,as she did my blood pressure and all the necessary things before the doctor came in. I was a patient of Dr. Pierce from the age of 1 until the age of 27. Five years ago, I needed stitches in my finger. My father told me to go to Dr. Pierce instead of the emergency room. While I was being treated, Dr. Pierce appeared to actually take joy in the fact that I was wincing in pain due while he was shooting my finger with anesthetic. Fast forward three months. Staff is rude. Barely acknowledged me because they were too busy gossiping. Phone is rarely answered promptly. I have witnessed the Office Manager, Devan, be blatantly rude to other staff and patients, or too preoccupied with personal matters to help others (I know they were personal issues because I could hear her talking about them from the waiting room I waited in for over 30 minutes).
